I'm Kristina Berrios Esteller, Head of LatAm at IMPACTA [ Lab ] — leading regional expansion and helping develop innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystems across Latin America.
My work centers on venture building, ecosystem development, and emerging talent. I collaborate with startups, organizations, and institutions to create programs, partnerships, and opportunities that support early-stage founders and the next generation of innovators in the region.
Before moving into venture and ecosystem building, I worked in digital product and experience design, specializing in UX/UI, branding, and digital strategy. That background continues to shape how I approach innovation today — combining design thinking, product strategy, and ecosystem building to create scalable initiatives.
I'm also involved in Y Education, focused on introducing entrepreneurship, technology, and AI to younger generations in Latin America — building platforms that connect education, technology, and entrepreneurship to develop the next generation of builders, founders, and intrapreneurs.
